Pictures revisited part 1

In lack of new photographs, I have been going through archives with the help of my dear friend Torres 10 and some music from Spotify. Here's few random pictures all the way from the year 2007.

I took a lot of pictures of dogs on sidewalks back then...still do.

San Fransisco was excellent. One of the rare cities I wouldn't mind living in.

I took a lot of pictures with Holga at Alcatraz. That suited perfectly for the place. This picture however was taken with the legendary Fuji F30.

This just gave me an idea of making a post entirely of silhouette pictures.

This set would have been good for environmental portraits. Just imagine a young lady in a hat or with an umbrella between the frames.

Kimi Räikkönen used to have an apartment on this most expensive neighborhood in Helsinki. It looked like a slum back then with all the constructions going on and it still kind of does.

...not what you are thinking you old perv.

I just wanted you to know that I have Polaroid 600 SE with Mamiya 127mm f/4.7 for sale on eBay in case you want an excellent instant camera. I hope I will be able to fund a good part of an iPhone with that because I hate my crappy Nokia.

Grain on black and white

While my M9 is being serviced I'm having fun with the also a bit broken Canon S90. Here's few shots I've taken in the last couple of days using the "Nostalgic" mode which creates very grainy black and white images.

Stare from the stroller

I'm staying home at the moment as a househusband taking care of our now one year old daughter. It's not always easy but it beats any day job hands down. It also means that I take most of the pictures now days while pushing a baby stroller. Needles to say that street photography is a bit limited and all other kind of photography as well.

My M9 went back to dealer for rangefinder adjustment and it looks like our family cam, which I use as backup, is also in need of service. I guess I will be shooting some medium format with Holga and Kiev-60 in the near future.

This is just a post about plastic garden chairs

...like this is just a song about ping pong.

I just want to get this plastic garden chair thing out of my system once and for all. These chairs are all located here. Apparently there's a few groups for these on Flickr.
